The Mayfield family lineage is steeped in an illustrious tradition of land acquisition and refined home and garden design, tracing its origins to the heathered landscapes of England and the verdant farmlands of Germany. Our ancestors, settled in the fertile fields of Wisconsin, where they nurtured not only the earth beneath their feet but also the communal spirit that flourished around them.

Our parents carried forth this legacy meticulously cultivating their rose and vegetable gardens (Mom) and groomed lawns, azalea and camelia gardens (Dad). They oversaw the construction of their own custom home on a bluff in Oregon. Dad built a playhouse for us kids. The home they built would be their last shared home together where many memories were forged in our hearts and our children’s. Before Dad passed, Mom subdivided the parcel of land they built on. It blossomed into a warm neighborhood of families. Many friends near and far visited to share delicious home cooked meals and desserts while enjoying connection through laughter and storytelling. Today, we weave the wisdom passed to us from past generations into every venture, blending keen business sense with an appreciation for heritage and design.
